Services are targeted to problems that affect basic needs such as housing, income, medical care and family safety.

Hosts a legal clinic specifically designed to address the needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals and couples. This clinic is run by QLaw Foundation in partnership with the King County Bar Association. The clinic is open to everyone regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. At the clinic, an attorney will meet with clients for 30 minutes and provide individualized legal advice and information. Provides free legal services for low-income Latinos and Native Americans who were affected by Covid-19. Eligibility is open to any legal area where NW Justice Project typically represents clients, including but not limited to: debt collection, including landlord/housing-related debt (rent and mortgage), medical debt, and credit card and auto debt. Also provides access to relief and traditional benefit programs (rent and mortgage); housing conditions; health care access; unemployment; Workmen’s Comp issues; educational interruption and special education needs; and Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) investigation and involvement.

Free Civil Legal Advice Consultations Offers legal advice on LGBTQ+ and race discrimination issues, referrals, expungements, and navigation around former convictions and current incarceration issues including legal financial obligations, identification, gender identity documents, hearing support, and more. Issue-Based Legal Clinics Hosts legal clinics on urgent issues facing Black & indigenous trans communities. Clinics include food, community building, workshops, and a chance to connect with attorneys who are experts in their field. Offers virtual/zoom options for those who can’t attend in-person.
