Coordinates civil legal aid with the help of licensed attorneys and skilled staff in the categories of bankruptcy assistance, vacation of criminal record, eviction prevention, divorce, custody, support, general legal aid, guardianship and wills, and landlord/tenant dispute resolution. Offers a Civil Tribal Legal Clinic addressing family law, landlord/tenant, wills and estate planning, contracts, and homeownership. Also provides legal forms to the public for different civil legal issues.

Office: M-Th, 9am-4pm F, 9am-4pm remote services only with no walk ins, closed holidays. Civil Tribal Legal Clinic: 2nd and 4th Tu, 10am-noon.

Eligibility

Income no greater than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level, and be a resident of Cowlitz or Wahkiakum Counties, or for cases filed in those counties.
