Legal Advice Clinics offered at Clark County Volunteer Lawyers Program

Advice clinics offer one-on-one appointments with a volunteer attorney for civil law matters only. Topics include family law (custody, visitation, divorce, guardianship, etc.), elder law, general law, debt/bankruptcy (Chapter 7 only), and wills/estates. Clinics are held weekly and monthly. Self-help materials and forms available as well.

Eligibility

Must have legal issue in Clark County and be able to attend in-person appointment. Income limitations may apply to some programs. Most programs require that client be at or below 200% FPL.
