Offers a free, one-day legal clinic to help eligible legal permanent residents apply for U. S citizenship. Volunteer immigration lawyers, paralegals and interpreters will be on site to help eligible permanent residents successfully fill out the citizenship application (N-400). People who complete their application at Citizenship Day save an average of $1,000 in legal fees.

Offer non-detained individuals who are facing removal proceedings through the Seattle Immigration Court information and referrals to resources that can help them navigate a complex legal system.

Refugee and Immigration services can help clients navigate the immigration process, and provide assistance with visas, petitions, and forms. Services offered include consultation, help with fiancée petition, adjustment of status, immigrant visas, freedom of information act requests, citizenship applications, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) self-petitions, U Visas (for victims of crime), and Petitions for Alien Relative.

Provides legal immigration assistance to low-income residents of Washington. Offers the following immigration services: - Affirmative asylum for Afghan clients only - Family reunification - Citizenship/naturalization (including fee and disability waivers) - Adjustments of status (Green Cards) - DACA applications and renewals - Travel documents for people who are not citizens and wish to travel outside of the US - T Visa, U Visa, VAWA Visa - Employment authorization - Replacement of green cards - Mock interviews - Accompaniment to USCIS interviews - Consular processing - Resources/referral Also conducts community outreach to enhance awareness of the benefits of citizenship and to encourage people to apply for it. Chinese Information and Service Center, Asian Bar Association of Washington, and Asian Counseling and Referral Service partner with the King County Bar Association to provide a free legal clinic. Pro bono attorneys work with staff and volunteer interpreters to give consultation and legal advice around family law, immigration law, landlord-tenant disputes, employment law, and other areas. Provides free ESL, citizenship and basic skills such as reading, writing, math and computer use classes and tutoring to adult learners. Helps learners prepare for the GED. Provides naturalization assistance to city of Seattle residents. Students enrolled in the program can receive job search assistance and individual tutoring as well.

Provides an immigration clinic where clients receive a free 1-hour appointment with a volunteer immigration attorney for advice and consultation on immigration legal issues, including citizenship. ELAP does not handle asylum or removal cases. Clinic is available regardless of immigration status. Attorneys at the clinic do not provide representation or accompany clients to court.

Provides free, monthly, 30 minute legal clinics for family law and Immigration legal needs with a focus on serving the LGBTQ Latinx community. Volunteer attorneys work with clients to identify legal needs, potential legal actions and connect clients to further community legal services.   Assists with Office of Immigrant & Refugee Affairs (OIRA) legal clinics, with a particular focus on Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program recipients and their family members.   Helps clients prepare for citizenship by confirming eligibility and providing free naturalization classes and workshops.    Lawyers and legal volunteers assist clients complete their N-400 naturalization petition and reviews them for accuracy.

Hosts a legal clinic specifically designed to address the needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals and couples. This clinic is run by QLaw Foundation in partnership with the King County Bar Association. The clinic is open to everyone regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. At the clinic, an attorney will meet with clients for 30 minutes and provide individualized legal advice and information. Clinic attorneys will answer questions and provide information in a variety of areas including family law, immigration, debt and bankruptcy, divorce/dissolution, employment discrimination, and transgender legal issues.
