Provides legal immigration assistance to low-income residents of Washington. Offers the following immigration services: - Affirmative asylum for Afghan clients only - Family reunification - Citizenship/naturalization (including fee and disability waivers) - Adjustments of status (Green Cards) - DACA applications and renewals - Travel documents for people who are not citizens and wish to travel outside of the US - T Visa, U Visa, VAWA Visa - Employment authorization - Replacement of green cards - Mock interviews - Accompaniment to USCIS interviews - Consular processing - Resources/referral Also conducts community outreach to enhance awareness of the benefits of citizenship and to encourage people to apply for it. CHECK LANGUAGES - CANNOT PROVIDE INTERPRETERS FOR MOST LANGUAGES.

Priority is given to people receiving public benefits, but eligibility is decided on a case-by-case basis. Cannot assist clients already represented by an attorney for this issue. Cannot assist with removal defense. Cannot help with defensive asylum cases.
