Immigration Legal Services offered by Ecumenical Ministries of Oregon at Oregon SOAR
Legal consultations and representation for refugees and immigrants in naturalization, permanent residency, and family petitions. Services include applications for US citizenship, permanent resident/green Cards, family-based Visas, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), U-Visa, and Employment Authorization. Provides classes designed to prepare students for the US Naturalization Test. A Cuban-Haitian Program also offers assistance with work authorization, parole, and adjustment of status and citizenship.

Walk in and sign up for an appointment when doors open (first-come, first-served). Call or visit the website for information about citizenship classes.
Fee
$50 consultation fee; further fees possible depending on services. Citizenship classes are free.
Eligibility
Refugees and immigrants currently living in the United States. Special program for Cuban and Haitian immigrants.
