Offers assistance to individuals seeking U.S. citizenship including citizenship classes. Helps candidates fill out required forms and prepare for the citizenship test and interview. Citizenship-oriented ESL classes offered to students who need extra test preparation. Citizenship classes offered only at High Point Center, Wiley Center at Greenbridge and Birch Creek locations. All locations help with application assistance.

Low-income individuals who are legal permanent U. S. residents.   Priority given to refugees and elderly or disabled individuals.
