Offers several exercise programs including balance exercises, get moving, meditation, tai chi, and several yoga classes including: hatha, gentle chair, strong bodies/strong bones, and rejuvenating yoga. Each hour-long class includes strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and balance and stretching exercises. Also offers Yoga and Tai-Chi. This a program of Project Enhance of Sound Generations.

Enhance Fitness Low-cost, evidenced-based group exercise program for older adults. The program is designed to improve older adults physical conditioning level and decrease risk of falling. Classes are held three times a week. Each hour-long class includes strength training, cardiovascular conditioning and balance and stretching exercises. Lifetime Fitness Program is a program of Enhance Wellness Project of Sound Generations. Balance Exercises Practice positions to build strength and balance. Helps participants increase balance and get started exercising. All abilities are welcome. Yoga Provides several yoga class options - chair yoga, gentle yoga and laughter yoga - that help build strength and flexibility
Health Home Care Coordination offered at Frontier Behavioral Health
Health Home services are available to adults or youth in Spokane County who are managing multiple chronic health conditions including, but not limited to, mental health and substance abuse disorders. Clinicians work with clients once per month to provide in-home case management to help clients achieve their healthcare goals.

Connects participants with a personal health and wellness coach to improve physical, emotional and social well-being. After completing a health assessment, participants develop a personalized Health Action Plan. The participant's physician is kept informed of progress throughout the program. A group exercise program for seniors that offers low-cost, one hour supervised classes for ongoing sessions of three classes per week, and a comprehensive participant centered health behavior change program.
EnhanceFitness Program A group exercise program for seniors that offers low-cost, one hour supervised classes for ongoing sessions of three classes per week. Components of the class include strength training with wrist and ankle weights and aerobics, balance and stretching. EnhanceWellness Program A comprehensive participant centered health behavior change program, which includes assessment of health status, personal guidance to improve health, and ongoing support to choose a healthier lifestyle. A Registered Nurse and Social Worker work with participants on issues they have chosen to address. Trained volunteers, called health mentors, assist participants, as requested, in achieving their desired health goals.

Washington State’s Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education. It is a practical, hands on nutrition education program available to Washington Basic Food (food stamp) recipients and schools where 50% or more of their students receive free or reduced lunches. This nutrition education program reaches youth and adults in the Kitsap community with information to help participants practice healthy eating habits and choose physically active lifestyles.
