Provides individualized health information on diseases and conditions such as: - Tests and medications - Support groups and classes - Community health resources - Transportation and housing - Health promotion Conducts health education classes and support groups for multiple diseases and disorders, including brain tumor, cancer, diabetes, muscular dystrophy, transplants and spinal cord injury. Also offers maternal and infant care classes, including tours of the birthing rooms.
