Senior Wellness Project offered by Kirkland Parks & Community Services' Peter Kirk Community Center

EnhanceWellness Program: Improves health and functioning of older adults by increasing physical and emotional well-being through a health behavior change program. Social Work Consultation: Provides individuals needing assistance from a social worker for health, depression, loss and grief, life transitions, etc. Community Resource Specialist Consultation: Helps connect individuals to public benefits they may be eligible for with support in completion of application materials. (VA benefits, DSHS, public utilities, tax relief, food assistance, transportation, etc.)

Kirkland community residents ages 50 and older.
