Provides professional legal representation, advice, and advocacy to low-income immigrants to protect and advance their rights. Focuses on family reunification and assistance to the most vulnerable immigrants, including victims of crimes such as domestic violence and human trafficking. Engages in public education, training, and community outreach to inform immigrants about their rights and options for immigration relief.

Helps immigrants with routine immigration matters, such as applying for green cards, family reunification, employment authorization and citizenship. Assists with the immigration process for refugees and those who want to be reunited with family members abroad. Provides refugee resettlement services for State Department Assigned refugees and those with Special Immigrant Visas (SIV).

Provides free, monthly, 30 minute legal clinics for family law and Immigration legal needs with a focus on serving the LGBTQ Latinx community. Volunteer attorneys work with clients to identify legal needs, potential legal actions and connect clients to further community legal services.   Assists with Office of Immigrant & Refugee Affairs (OIRA) legal clinics, with a particular focus on Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program recipients and their family members.   Helps clients prepare for citizenship by confirming eligibility and providing free naturalization classes and workshops.    Lawyers and legal volunteers assist clients complete their N-400 naturalization petition and reviews them for accuracy.

Provides low-cost immigration services to those who qualify as low-come. Offers help with basic immigration services, housing, language, and employment of immigrant families and individuals. Refugee and Immigration services can help clients navigate the immigration process, and provide assistance with visas, petitions, and forms. Services offered include consultation, help with fiancée petition, adjustment of status, immigrant visas, freedom of information act requests, citizenship applications, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) self-petitions, U Visas (for victims of crime), and Petitions for Alien Relative.

Provides legal immigration assistance to low-income residents of Washington. Provides a safe haven for women and girls of any age who have been involved in commercial sexual exploitation and trafficking. Confidential day center provides food, clothing, laundry, hygiene items and showers, as well as the possibility of an overnight stay. Center also offers support such as free counseling and therapy, mentoring, support groups, transportation to medical appointments and court dates, life skill classes, GED prep classes, case management and referrals to other resources. Offers internships for learning job skills in administrative work, retail and coffee making. Also provides job referrals through partner organizations. Virtual appointments may be made with an attorney to assist with parenting plans, criminal record expungement or immigration assistance. Organization is faith-based.

Chinese Information and Service Center, Asian Bar Association of Washington, and Asian Counseling and Referral Service partner with the King County Bar Association to provide a free legal clinic. Pro bono attorneys work with staff and volunteer interpreters to give consultation and legal advice around family law, immigration law, landlord-tenant disputes, employment law, and other areas.
