Provides support, resource and guidance on homeownership, including to those purchasing their first home. Focuses on Black homeownership in Pierce County. Offers workshops, seminar and one-on-one counseling sessions to help understand the home buying process.

Offers bilingual homeownership counseling for first-time homebuyers, as well as those facing foreclosure. Also offers a HUD-certified homebuying course, and access to down payment assistance options.

Provides budget and debt management and repayment counseling, HUD approved mortgage delinquency and default resolution counseling, home purchase counseling, bankruptcy counseling, post bankruptcy education, and student loan counseling.

Provides pre-purchase, mortgage and pre-foreclosure counseling; stabilization loans with repayment plans, landlord/tenant mediation, borrower/lender mediation and fair housing information.

Provides HUD-approved housing counseling services, which include no-cost guidance on buying a home, defaults, foreclosures and credit issues.
