Offers pre-purchase counseling which helps families identify and overcome barriers to homeownership and refers to programs which assist in overcoming those barriers. Facilitates the 5 hour First-Time Homebuyer Workshop which helps participants understand advantages and disadvantages of homeownership, steps in the process, financing options, the loan qualification and closing processes, and financial planning around purchasing a home.
