Pathways to Homeownership offered at Tacoma/Pierce County Habitat for Humanity
Provides support, resource and guidance on homeownership, including to those purchasing their first home. Focuses on Black homeownership in Pierce County. Offers workshops, seminar and one-on-one counseling sessions to help understand the home buying process. Helps clients understand the different financial programs, grants, and low-interest loans available to help overcome financial obstacles. Offers networking events, support groups, and online forums to help aspiring homeowners connect to others who are on a similar path. Allows people a way to share experiences and learn from one another. Partners with real estate agents lenders, and other professionals who are committed to supporting Black homeownership.

Homeowners and first-time homebuyers who are in Pierce County. The focus of this program is to increase Black homeownership in Pierce County.
