The Lipton Award is given to young adults who demonstrate courage, perseverance, challenge, fraternity and integrity through their participation in athletics and in daily life. Youth of the Quarter honors a club member who has demonstrated leadership qualities, club involvement and community service. Health Adventure program for youth in eighth grade allows participants the opportunity to experience jobs in the healthcare field and work closely with an adult role model.

- Junior Staff, for grades five through 12, offers members the opportunity to learn job and living skills by assisting with chores around the club.

Torch Club members elect officers and work together to plan and implement activities in four areas: service to Club and community, education, health and fitness, and social recreation. Torch Club awards are presented annually to Torch Clubs with outstanding programs and activities in all four areas. Also offers Keystone Club for members in grades 9-12. Organizes a teen court to reduce or dismiss charges for traffic infractions for youth ages 16-17.
Provides a teen judge and jury for youth who have been charged with a traffic infraction. The sentence may include community service, writing a letter of apology or an essay, going on a police ride-along, participating in Street Law curriculum, or serving on a Youth Court panel.
There is a 6-month deferral period for each case, after which, if all conditions have been completed successfully, the charge will be dismissed.
