Citizenship and Leadership Development offered by Boys & Girls Clubs of King County in Mercer Island

Offers programs that help youth understand what it means to be a good citizen and develop leadership skills.  Includes a junior staff program during the school year and a counselor-in-training program for the summer, which helps youth acquire job experience and references for future jobs. Additionally includes Youth of the Quarter and Youth of the Year awards for teen club members who have exhibited outstanding leadership and citizenship skills in school and at the club.

Fee

Membership dues are $50 per year and are required of all drop-in members and program participants.  Membership grants usage of the club facility during drop-in hours; most programs have a fee and require additional registration.  Please call for information concerning specific program fees.

Youth ages 9-18.
