Provides seven days of emergency shelter for pets of domestic violence (DV) victims, since most DV shelters do not allow pets.

Allows individuals to post a profile for pets they are giving up for direct adoption or fostering. Allows pets to be adopted directly without bringing them to a shelter.

Facilitates the adoption of stray and surrendered dogs and cats. All dogs and cats are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.   Operates a monthly pet food pantry. Pet owners may apply for monthly pet food or one-time emergency assistance for 30 days worth of supplies. Pays up to $500 in vet bills to low-income Auburn residents. Provides temporary housing and care for owned pets if the owner is temporarily unable to care for their pets.

Uses existing foster network to house pets for owners who need temporary care due to housing insecurity, hospitalization or other personal crisis. Foster families will care for these loved pets for up to 90 days and then reunite them with their owners

Offers a fostering program which helps provide temporary homes for kittens and special case cats. Call if interested in animal fostering. Cat or kitten supplies are provided to foster parents.
