If you have visited Virginia Mason Virtual Care Clinic previously, our providers can view the records for these visits.
Also, if you provide the name and phone number of your regular doctor or clinic, we will send a copy of your visit summary to them.
If you do not wish to establish a relationship with a Virginia Mason Primary Care Provider and/or are not referred onto in-person care, your virtual clinic visit summary will not be sent to Virginia Mason.
You will always be able to access your personalized visit summary on your secure virtual care account at any time; however, the visit summary is not available through Virginia Mason's patient portal.
At the beginning of the virtual visit, the provider determines whether the health concern is appropriate for virtual care.
A visit that does not result in a diagnosis or prescription is not considered cause for a refund.

Molina Healthcare provides 24/7 virtual care to Apple Health (Medicaid) and Marketplace members in Washington State. Members can speak with a licensed doctor or nurse practitioner via phone or video chat to discuss their symptoms and treatment options. If medically appropriate, prescription medication may be provided.
