Offers classes, community education programs and events to serve the Phinney neighborhood community. Site includes an Art Gallery and Lobby with two public access computers. CPR classes offer certification for employment.

Career information and job search assistance is available through individual counseling and workshops. Career information includes self-assessment and career opportunities.
Drop-In Day Center offered by YWCA Seattle King Snohomish Angeline's Center for Homeless Women
Provides drop-in day services for homeless and low-income women; no children. Offers hygiene facilities, laundry and showers, health care and mental health counseling, access to phones and computers, and daily meals.
Public Library offered at City of Ellensburg's Public Library
Loans books, videos, magazines, newspapers, CDs, DVDs, books on tape, audio tapes and other materials. Location also offered as a cooling center for those who don't have air conditioning.
Daytime Drop-in Center offered by Janus Youth Programs at The Perch
Offers a daytime drop-in center for youth experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Offers a dry, warm, safe place where youth have access to laundry facilities, computers, a phone, a meal and skilled staff to help them problem solve.
Library Services offered at King County Library System
Lending of materials, programs and exhibits, young adults/children's services and voter registration forms are basic services of all KCLS sites, which are located throughout King County outside the city of Seattle. May also be used as warming or cooling centers during extreme weather.
Community Resource Center offered at East Whatcom Regional Resource Center
A community hub where individuals and parents with children can attend programs and workshops, access community resources, connect with others, and receive information and referrals.
HIV Services offered by Ecumenical Ministries of Oregon at HIV Day Center
The HIV Day Center is a drop-in center for people living with HIV/AIDS. Services include hot breakfasts and lunches, access to phones, a mail drop, computers with internet access, TV, VCR, clothing, shower, and hygiene supplies.
