This agency is a network of local churches and ministries for the purpose of meeting needs.

The Serenity Thrift Store, located in Sequim, sells gently used items at reasonable prices. You can find a large assortment of furniture, clothes, jewelry, collectibles, antiques and household goods, as well as holiday gifts and unusual, hard-to-locate items. On occasion, items such as automobiles, RVs and special collectibles are available. Revenue from the Serenity Store funds Serenity House activities that are not fully funded by grants, such as the family shelter. This store has three departments: the main store, the furniture showcase, and the appliance center. Pick up of large item donations can only be facilitated for donations from Sequim at this time. Sells new and gently used building materials, appliances, windows, doors, cabinets, lighting, flooring, and furniture among other things. Also carries paint and painting supplies, as well as misc. hardware and nails.

Operates a Thrift Store in Tacoma off of South Tacoma Way. Provides affordable clothing and household goods, on-the-job training through the Second-Chance Employment Program and offers emergency assistance through the Community Resource Center (CRC) to provide basic needs to help neighbors in need facing an immediate crisis. The CRC is located adjacent to the Thrift Store and walk-ins are okay. No referral is needed.

Sells low-cost clothing, furniture, and household items, including new & used items such as toys, household appliances, dishes, pictures, books, CDs, furniture, and a men's section. Thrift store was established to help raise funds to build homes for families in need in Lake Chelan Valley. Donations and shopping ensures that the store continues to provide simple, decent, affordable housing. Volunteer opportunities include sales, pricing/sorting, display/decorating/cleaning, and maintenance.

Proceeds are used to provide employment opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities. Through the store, UGM is able to help people who come off the streets in need of a blanket or sleeping bag. Provides household goods to those who have relocated or been separated from their families, or lost their material goods through a fire or other emergencies. Helps shelter guests with furniture and other household items as they move on, into their own apartment or home. The store is unable to operate without the generous donations of individuals, families, and businesses. Provides a central contact point for people looking for help with a variety of needs.  Love INC screens the callers to determine the needs and mobilizes local churches to help provide assistance. Services depend on the ministries available through the churches in the networks. Assistance may include services such as firewood, minor home repairs, children's clothing, ect. If there are requests for assistance that are not covered by any existing ministries, Love INC helps to develop gap ministries to help with unmet needs.

Operates a thrift store which donates clothing and household goods to low income community members, seniors and disabled individuals in need.
