Offers a court-supervised, comprehensive treatment program for non-violent, adult felony & misdemeanor convictions related to or caused by substance use disorder. Can refer to NW Integrated Health for MAT services.
DUI and Drug Court Programs Offers a court-supervised, outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment program for non-violent, adult felony and misdemeanor drug/alcohol, property and those with a DUI offense on their record, whose crimes are related to or caused by drug and/or alcohol addiction. Also provides problem/pathological gambling services. Refers to Northwest Integrated Health for MAT services for clients with opiate use disorder. Agency provides state-certified service(s).

Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Treatment offered at Blue Mountain Counseling of Columbia County
Provides outpatient substance use disorder treatment, including: outpatient treatment, assessments; including DUI assessments, deferred prosecution and alcohol/drug information school.
Alcohol & Drug Information School State-approved instruction fulfills legal requirements for individuals court-referred to attend an Alcohol Drug Information School (ADIS). The educational, 8-hour course provides students with valuable information about alcohol and other drugs. This course may also be obtained through on-line course.
The course is designed to enhance responsible decision-making with regards to alcohol and other drug use. Students are encouraged to explore the effects of alcohol and other drug use on themselves, their families and their world.
DUI Evaluations: Provides a court-ordered assessment of individuals who have been convicted of driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol to evaluate the severity of their problem and make a recommendation to the court regarding appropriate treatment.
Outpatient Treatment: Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually requires fewer than nine hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development). Length of service can be anywhere between six months to two years depending on the needs of the individual and/or court order.
Intensive Outpatient Treatment: Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually requires 9-20 hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development).
Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s).

The victim's panel is made up of volunteers who have been harmed or have harmed by an impaired driver.

Victim Services offered by Mothers Against Drunk Driving
Offers emotional support, advocacy services, and information and referrals to victims and survivors of drunk or drugged driving accidents.

MADD victim advocates can:
- Accompany victims and survivors to court
- Provide information about drunk driving laws and victim rights
- Help write and submit your victim impact statement to the court
- Refer to community resources such as Crime Victim Compensation, which may be able to help with certain crime-related expenses
- Provide referrals to professional counseling, legal representation, support groups, and other essential services
MADD Victim Services provides a wide selection of free literature, available in both English and Spanish.
