Offers intensive, outpatient and aftercare services. Groups meet at variable times throughout the week. Individual sessions occur at least once a month and more often as needed. Offers childcare for clients who come to our office for assessment or treatment. Children must be 6 years or younger. Additionally offers parenting classes, focused on helping women in recovery. Staff will work with client to coordinate benefits, research housing options, get back into school, as well as assist with any other goals, needs or ambitions.

Provides a variety of services to help people recover from a Substance Use Disorder. Services included in the outpatient and intensive outpatient programs include: - Individual and group counseling, - SUD education (information on alcohol and or drugs), - Harm reduction Strategies, - Mindfulness and art therapy, - Relapse Prevention - Abstinence=based models (like AA or NA) l Comprehensive counseling services provided with a strong emphasis on motivational enhancement, cognitive-behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral skill building.

Offers substance use assessments and support through Foundational Community Supports. Drug and Alcohol Assessments Assessments are offered in-person, through tele-health, and a mobile assessment. Community Navigators Provides Foundational Community Supports to those experiencing homelessness. Services can include providing navigation and support to help remove barriers around housing and employment.

Provides Alcohol & Drug Information School, DUI assessments, outpatient substance use disorder treatment services and intensive outpatient treatment for both adolescents and adults.   Agency provides state-certified service(s). Services Include: - Drug abuse counseling (individual and group) - Group counseling every day - Random drug testing - Drug abuse education - Case management - Case management referrals - Self-esteem support groups - Court reports (as needed) - Sober transport - Sober coaching - Trauma Recovery Classes - Mental health services - Mental health referral coordination.

We collect a social, behavioral, and mental health history, document the student's history of involvement with alcohol and other drugs, as well as any other health concerns. Assessment starts the development of an individualized service plan. Intervention - a formal response to behavioral health risks intended to increase understanding of chemical dependency and to identify and reduce risk factors associated with developing substance use disorder. Treatment - Outpatient services are are guided by an individualized, formal treatment plan and vary in intensity and duration. Services include individual, group, and/or family counseling. Continuing Care - Provides ongoing support, reinforcement, and case management for individuals who are attempting to maintain a recovery lifestyle and are at risk for relapse or other behavioral problems. Several locations offer mental health services in addition to substance use disorder services.   

DUI Evaluations Provides a court-ordered assessment of individuals who have been charged with driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol to evaluate the severity of their problem and make a recommendation to the court regarding appropriate intervention services. Using various tests, screens, and questionnaires the counselor gathers data revealing the extent of the client's involvement with alcohol and other drugs. The client’s point of view of his/her substance use, and other verifiable, or objective data (e.g., BAL at time of arrest, driving abstract, etc.) are needed to make the diagnosis. Washington State Department of Licensing (DOL) laws mandate that all persons convicted of DUI/PC shall complete a Substance Use Assessment at a DOH Behavioral Health approved facility. MERIT is a WA State approved facility for DOL Assessment, ADIS, Treatment, and Completion Reporting.

Provides several behavioral health and substance use services including Medication Assisted Treatment, Substance Use Disorder Outpatient services and Mental Health Counseling. Also provides Psych Medication Management. Offers: - Alcohol and Drug assessments - DUI assessments - Substance Use Disorder Counseling and - Intensive Outpatient Program. - Deferred Prosecution Assessment and Treatment - Mental Health evaluation and counseling - Treatment for depression, anxiety and other issues - Dual Diagnosis - Medication management, consultation and follow up.

Adult Treatment Services Provides outpatient drug and alcohol treatment to individuals. Outpatient offers one group session per week as well as individual counseling. Intensive Outpatient offers three group sessions per week as well as individual counseling. Youth Treatment Services Provides help for drug and alcohol abuse which is family-focused and consists of group and individual counseling. Gambling Addiction Offers treatment for problem gambling and treatment of pathological gambling through group and individual counseling. Assessments Assessment will present as a series of questions about individual's alcohol and/or drug use, medical or mental health issues, family and social environment, school and work, etc. The Chemical Dependency Professional will determine which treatment program is most suitable. Provides serveral services related to substance use treatment. Alcohol & Drug Information School State-approved instruction fulfills legal requirements for individuals court-referred to attend an Alcohol Drug Information School (ADIS). The educational, 8-hour course provides students with valuable information about alcohol and other drugs. The course is designed to enhance responsible decision-making with regards to alcohol and other drug use. Students are encouraged to explore the effects of alcohol and other drug use on themselves, their families and their world.   DUI Evaluations Provides a court-ordered assessment of individuals who have been convicted of driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol to evaluate the severity of their problem and make a recommendation to the court regarding appropriate treatment.   Outpatient Treatment Provides outpatient substance use services that usually requires fewer than nine hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development). Length of service can be anywhere between six months to two years depending on the needs of the individual and/or court order.   Victim Impact Panels Provides Victim Impact Panels throughout the year. Court Referral Service evaluates client's involvement with alcohol and other drugs, and recommends an appropriate course of action.   Provides DUI Assessments.  

Provides residential substance abuse treatment for young men. A typical stay is five months. During that time residents attend regular therapy sessions to learn skills and strategies for a sober lifestyle. Participants attend school, work, or community service and take part in at least two wilderness treks led by experienced counselors. Applicants must be medically stable and have completed any withdrawal or detoxification needs. May be able to offer continuing support in a transitional housing setting after exiting the program.  Can accept suboxone on a case-by-case basis.  Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s).

Provides mental health evaluations and outpatient mental health services for individuals, couples, groups, children/youth, and families. Counseling topics include anxiety/fears/phobias, depression/mood disorders, bipolar disorder, sexual/physical/domestic violence and abuse, sexual issues, ADD/ADHD, autism, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anger management, parenting issues, divorce issues, eating disorders, gender issues, grief, postpartum depression, PTSD, chronic pain and other health issues, crisis intervention, religious issues and Christian counseling, sensitivity/conflict, and stress management. Offers psychiatric medication evaluation and management services. Chemical dependency and gambling assessment and counseling are also available.

Provides intensive outpatient and outpatient services for substance use disorders, mental health conditions, co-occurring disorders, and gambling addiction. Provides assessments for substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and gambling addictions, and also have licensed mental health counselors on site.

Offers a number of individualized services for Yakima, Kittitas and Benton/Franklin County schools and other youth organizations. Services include the SAP Programs, educational and prevention seminars, workshops for teachers and leaders of youth organizations, and support groups for adolescents. Also provides screening and brief intervention, assessments and referrals, therapy groups, and educational services for high-risk adolescents; all services are confidential. Nationally CARF Accredited.

Testing component and clinical interview to determine the level of treatment, education, or recommendation appropriate for the individual. This entire process can usually be completed between one and two hours.

Services and support for individuals between the ages of four and 24 with outpatient individual, family, and group counseling, as well as prevention and intervention services. Services encourage individual and family goals while recognizing the importance of trauma-informed, culturally and linguistically responsive treatment. Our highly trained counselors help youth identify inherent strengths to help them achieve their goals.

Provides recovery services for King County adults experiencing mental health symptoms or substance use disorders. Offers comprehensive and integrated programs designed to treat the entire person including recovery and resiliency-oriented outpatient counseling as well as case management. Addresses a range of issues - from mild situational stressors to more acute or chronic behavioral health diagnoses. Can assist with: - Schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders - Anxiety Disorders - Gender Affirming Care for Gender Incongruence - Trauma and stressor related disorders (from domestic violence, sexual or other abuse etc.) - Substance Related and Addictive Disorders - Bipolar Disorder - Some Neurodevelopmental disorders - Personality Disorders - Dissociative Disorders - Obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD) - Disruptive, Impulse-Control disorders. Some locations provide enhanced case management for enrolled clients. All services are culturally respectful and designed to foster client's attainment of stability and growth consistent with their individualized goals. Offers both in-person and telehealth appointments.

Provides a full continuum of State-Certified substance use services including Level 2.1 Intensive Outpatient Treatment and Level 1 Outpatient Treatment. Outpatient services include individual and group sessions and up to a one-year curriculum program dependent on each individual's stage of change. We also offer a two-year deferred prosecution service.

Provides substance use disorder counseling and treatment for children and youth age 11 to 22, and their families in East King County, serving Bellevue, Kirkland and Redmond. YES co-occurring therapists hold dual licenses, enabling them to treat both mental health and substance use disorders. They offer individualized programs for clients and their families, designed to help youth and their caregivers develop skills to reduce substance use, make thoughtful choices, and address contributing factors like stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. All YES substance use and co-occurring disorders treatment programs are motivational and strength-based, addressing substance use within the context of the whole person. These services integrate individual, family, and group therapy in a multi-phase treatment process grounded in evidence-based therapies.

Offers an on-site evaluation to determine if the patient meets criteria for abuse or chemical dependency. The evaluation will take up to 60 minutes to complete and may involve a drug screen.
