Provides holistic chemical dependency services, including assessments, intensive outpatient treatment, Driving under the influence (DUI) or deferred prosecution, inpatient referral and placement, youth treatment services, and individual and group counseling. This is a state-certified chemical dependency treatment facility for adults. Treatment approach blends ancient tribal customs, teachings, and traditions with modern treatment practices.

Office hours: M-Th, 8am-8:30pm, F 8am-5pm, Sa 8am-3pm (Telehealth appointments). Assessment hours: M/W/Th, 8:30am and 1pm. Group hours: M-Th, 8am-8:30pm F 8am-5pm

Eligibility

Youth and adults with substance abuse issues; tribal enrollment not required.

Fee

Fees for outpatient services are waived for federally recognized Native Americans and Alaska Natives. Accepts any billable insurance and Washington Apple Health.
