Community-based residential facility that provides treatment services in the context of a 24-hour, supervised drug and alcohol-free environment for people who have problems related to substance use disorder. Offers dual diagnosis services.  Clients can bring outside prescriptions, such as suboxone and vivitrol, with them or be prescribed upon enrollment.  The residential program is now open to both men and women. They stay in separate areas of the facility.   The men's program is specifically for DD patients.   Agency provides state-certified service(s).

Can provide services to those using Suboxone and can refer to local clinics for those who would like a Suboxone prescription.   Alcohol & Drug Information School State-approved instruction fulfills legal requirements for individuals court-referred to attend an Alcohol Drug Information School (ADIS). The educational, 8-hour course provides students with valuable information about alcohol and other drugs. The course is designed to enhance responsible decision-making with regards to alcohol and other drug use. Students are encouraged to explore the effects of alcohol and other drug use on themselves, their families and their world.  DUI Evaluations Provides a court-ordered assessment of individuals who have been convicted of driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol to evaluate the severity of their problem and make a recommendation to the court regarding appropriate treatment.  Outpatient Treatment Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually requires fewer than nine hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development). Length of service can be anywhere between six months to two years depending on the needs of the individual and/or court order.  Intensive Outpatient Treatment  Provides outpatient substance use disorder services that usually requires 9-20 hours per week of attendance, which may include individual and group counseling, 12-step meetings, social and recreational activities, educational and vocational services, life skills training, primary health care, perinatal health care, a program for family members, relapse prevention services, a continuing care program and supportive services (such as child care, transportation and parenting skills development).  Problem and Pathological Gambling Provides emotional support, information and guidance in a variety of settings including inpatient and residential treatment facilities for people who are having difficulty controlling their compulsion to gamble, and for their families. Some programs may include a financial counseling and/or management component which helps individuals deal with issues related to their spending and accumulated debt.  Individual outpaitent counseling is available for current clients.  Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s).

Treatment includes case management services and care coordination. Family members are eligible for publicly funded counseling services if they are adversely affected by problem gambling. Adult Treatment Services Provides outpatient drug and alcohol treatment to individuals. Outpatient offers one group session per week as well as individual counseling. Intensive Outpatient offers three group sessions per week as well as individual counseling. Gambling Addiction Offers treatment for problem gambling and treatment of pathological gambling through group and individual counseling. Assessments Assessment will present as a series of questions about individual's alcohol and/or drug use, medical or mental health issues, family and social environment, school and work, etc. The Chemical Dependency Professional will determine which treatment program is most suitable. DUI and Drug Court Programs Offers a court-supervised, outpatient and intensive outpatient treatment program for non-violent, adult felony and misdemeanor drug/alcohol, property and those with a DUI offense on their record, whose crimes are related to or caused by drug and/or alcohol addiction. Also provides problem/pathological gambling services.  Refers to Northwest Integrated Health for MAT services for clients with opiate use disorder.  Agency provides state-certified service(s).

State Certified Treatment Agency providing outpatient gambling treatment and counseling.

Outpatient treatment is delivered in a group setting with individual counseling sessions.  Groups offered include those for substance use disorder, mental health disorder, co-occurring disorders and problem gambling disorder. Also has a specialty group for patients who have anxiety and/or depression. The group people participate in has specific treatment goals and meets on a regular schedule, and can take place during the day or evening.   The outpatient program is designed to provide additional support for those who have completed a specific phase of treatment or who need additional skills with relapse prevention. Can also provide brief screening and intervention.   Utilizes Biopsychosocial assessments that determine the level of impairment caused from substance use disorder.  Findings are used to develop an individualized plan.
