DBH is the Salish BHO East Jefferson County authorizing agent for all Medicaid inpatient services. Contact (360) 385-0321 and ask for the On-Call DCR.  An evaluation will take place and the need for hospitalization will be reviewed; all lesser restrictive or intrusive treatments will be identified and pursued.

Can assist with: - Schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders - Anxiety Disorders - Gender Affirming Care for Gender Incongruence - Trauma and stressor related disorders (from domestic violence, sexual or other abuse etc.) - Substance Related and Addictive Disorders - Bipolar Disorder - Some Neurodevelopmental disorders - Personality Disorders - Dissociative Disorders - Obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD) - Disruptive, Impulse-Control disorders. Wrap Around with Intensive Services (WISe): Provides comprehensive behavioral health services and supports for Medicaid eligible children, adolescents, and transition-aged youth with complex behavioral health needs, and their families. Program uses natural supports (such as family, friends, and religious leaders) and the professionals involved with the family in treatment so that youth can continue to live in their homes and communities.

Provides mental health counseling services for children and youth age birth to 22, and their families in East King County, serving Bellevue, Kirkland and Redmond. Youth and Family Therapists at YES are dually licensed in mental health and substance use disorders and use strength-based approaches that focus on the needs and goals identified by their clients. YES treats a wide range of issues, including trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and more using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, motivational interviewing, Parent Child Interaction Therapy, and others.

Provides a comprehensive outpatient mental health program. Case managers, psychiatrists and nurses work with single adults, most of whom are or have been homeless, in assisting them in their journey towards recovery. This includes help with obtaining and maintaining housing, improving clinical and social stability and enriching their level of independence and self-sufficiency. Services are provided in DESC offices, at client homes and elsewhere in the county such as shelters, hospitals, jails and wherever else clients’ lives take them. Offers an adult only mental health facility that provides multiple services which include individual, family and group therapy, case management, Peer Support delivered by Certified Peer Counselors and Therapeutic Psychoeducation. Crisis support is provided by Therapists and Case Managers during business hours. Medication Management and Medication Monitoring services will be referred to the Lakewood office. This clinic serves all populations with accommodations needed to make the service accessible and meaningful through Mental Health Specialists and interpreters to promote recovery.
