Most behavioral health conditions can be treated on an outpatient basis with a coordinated care team and a personalized approach that can include individual and/or group therapy. Programs include: Solution Focused Brief Therapy - Future-focused and goal-directed therapy with an emphasis on finding solutions PACT - Program for Assertive Community Treatment - Individualized, intensive support for people experiencing chronic mental health challenges New Journeys - Early intervention for first-episode psychosis for people up to age 40 Inclusive Community Care - Culturally competent care for Latinos, Mexicans and Chicanos, plus all immigrant and refugee populations Medication-Assisted Treatment for Opioid and Alcohol Addiction - Evidence-based substance used treatment program shown to sustain recovery and prevent overdoses; combines medication, counseling and support Pathways - Holistic substance abuse treatment program for adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders Additional adult client services include on-site primary healthcare, dental and pharmacy; supportive housing and employment services
