- Fixed Location Chair: Volunteers deliver chairs at designated fixed locations serving several Oregon Beaches and Prairie Creed Redwoods State Park, California.
- Tow and Go: Applicants with a personal vehicle can tow the chair to outdoor activities; enclosed trailer is provided.

Washington State Park Discount Passes offered at Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission
Offers camping discount programs for Washington state residents who are veterans, ages 62 and older, foster families or those with certain disabilities.
Offers five types of discount passes to Washington State residents:
1. $75 Off-Season Senior Citizen Pass which provides:
- Free nightly camping or moorage (utility sites are $10 per night) from Oct 1 to March 31st AND Sun-Th in April.
2. Free Senior Citizen Limited Income Pass which provides:
- 50% discount on nightly camping or moorage (one site per night)
- 50% discount on the off season Senior Citizen's Pass
- Free watercraft launching and trailer dump
- Waives day access fees for Washington State Parks
- 50% off on Off-Season Senior Citizen Pass.
3.Free Disability Pass:
- 50% discount on nightly camping or moorage (one site per night)
- Free watercraft launching and trailer dump
- Waives day access fees for Washington State Parks
Note: A permanent Disability Parking Placard or license plate issued by the Washington Department of Licensing also enables access to the 50% disability discount.

- Reservations fees waived
- Free watercraft launch and trailer dump
- Waives day access for Washington State Parks
5. Free Foster Family Pass:
- Free camping (one night per site)

Recreation Scholarship Program offered at City of Olympia - Olympia Parks, Arts and Recreation - Olympia Center
This program helps those who may not be able to afford the full cost of recreation programs the opportunity to apply for partial to full funding.
Ina's Fund allows the Parks Department to offer scholarships ranging from 25% to 100% of Parks, Arts & Recreation program fees. It provides opportunities for children and adults in the community to take classes, attend camps or participate in activities that they would not otherwise be able to.
Every family should have the opportunity to Experience It! regardless of income. Scholarships are made possible with thanks to private donations made by the community, grants and other dedicated funding. The scholarship fund was renamed “Ina's Fund” in 2020 to honor Ina Fennell. Ina was a 37-year employee of the Olympia Parks, Arts & Recreation Department who gave a significant gift to the scholarship fund upon her passing.
Financial Hardship Fund offered by American Parkinson Disease Association's Northwest Chapter
Provides financial support to people with Parkinson’s disease and their families. Provides financial assistance for services such as exercise and wellness classes, medication, respite care, assistance at home, and transportation.

Approved applicants will be eligible for up to $400 once every year (12 months)
Funds may be used for programs, services, and activities designed to improve quality of life.
Exercise/Wellness:
- Covers costs associated with exercise/wellness programs and activities that focus on improving and maintaining the health for persons with PD, such as boxing, dancing, yoga, tai-chi, physical therapy, occupational therapy
Medication:
- Defrays expenses not covered by other programs or health insurance
Respite/Adult Day Program:
- Subsidizes the cost of respite care for the person with Parkinson disease, to enable care partners to take time away to rejuvenate.
Assistance at Home:
- Covers expenses for home services, such as housework, light yard work, snow shoveling, and other tasks that a person with PD or a care partner are not able to complete.
Transportation:
- Covers costs associated with travel to and from doctor’s appointments, support groups, and other events for those who are no longer driving or for whom driving is significantly limited due to the effects of Parkinson’s disease.
Adaptive Equipment:
- Offsets costs associated with the purchase and/or installation of equipment or modifications needed in the home to aid in activities of daily living, such as grab bars, hand rails, widening doorways, bathroom accessibility
Recreational Scholarship Program offered by Renton Parks and Recreation Department at Renton Community Center
Provides scholarships for low- to moderate-income residents for any recreation program which the city of Renton offers.
Scholarships are available for low- to moderate-income residents of any age for any recreation program which the city of Renton offers. Includes assistance for day camps during the summer.
Scholarships are based on family income and range from 50-90% of the program's cost.
A limited number of scholarships are available.
For each recreation quarter, residents can receive one scholarship per family member.
There is a maximum of $200 per family.
Enrichment Scholarship Program offered by Assistance League of Seattle
Provides summer camp scholarships of $500 for students in Seattle Public Schools grades 6-11 to attend the summer camp of their choice (some exclusions apply such as religious camps).
Offers extracurricular enrichment scholarships to Seattle Public School students to be used at summer camp. Program will provide up to $500 scholarship per student. Preference will be given to applications for programs in:
- Art
- Debate
- Drama
- Journalism
- Language
- Leadership
- Mathematics
- Music
- Science
- Technology
Exceptions not covered by the program include religious studies, foreign study or exchange programs, private lessons or any transportation affiliated with a program.

Provides management, oversight, and information about national forests and grasslands. Also provides recreation passes and permits for wood cutting, mushroom picking, acquiring Christmas trees, and other personal use cases.

Lynnwood Recreation Center - Scholarship Fund offered at City of Lynnwood
Participants who qualify will receive 75% discount on course fees, with a maximum benefit of $200 per year.
The Recreation Benefit Fund is a financial assistance program for children, seniors and disabled adults who wish to participate in recreation activities through the Lynnwood Parks, Recreation & Cultural Arts Department.

Little Wishes Enrichment Program offered at Blue Skies for Children
Provides ongoing support for youth who want to be involved in extra curricular lessons activities, but do not have the financial ability to pay for the activity themselves.
Blue Skies Enrichment Program includes support for, but not limited to martial arts, dance or ballet, music lessons, art, swimming, ice skating, gymnastics horseback riding lessons, as well as team sports such as basketball, fast pitch, volleyball, soccer, football and so many other activities.
