Eligibility
Children who have an open case file with Division of Children and Family Services (DCFS), Children in foster care, relative placement, group home, or living in a family under DCFS supervision. Child must be referred by a DCFS caseworker, CASA, or an attorney representing youth.

Provides the academic and other essential support and enrichment services to kids in foster care, that are needed to help them graduate from high school at the same rate as their peers, with a plan for their future. The Treehouse Store provides clothing, toys, books, school supplies, and other items for children living in out-of-home care. Just-in-Time Funding provides scholarships which allow children in foster care to participate in enrichment activities, such as athletics, music, art and summer camps.
