Provides strength-based and employment-focused case management to people who are homeless or experiencing housing instability. Offers a full range of employment and housing support services.
Provides strength-based and employment-focused case management to people who are experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Offers a full range of employment and housing support services to help King County residents achieve economic empowerment, self-sufficiency and stable housing.
All participants will receive:
- Personalized case management around employment and community housing resources
- Housing search assistance, resources, and assistance with basic needs such as bus passes or gas cards, when available
- Job search assistance, including job leads, resume help and interview skills
- Career exploration to discover job interests, skills and goals
- Financial planning and money management assistance
- Referrals to additional community resources.
In addition, program services may include:
- Access to vocational training, coaching and support to succeed in school
- Support services for work and training items, including work too ls and clothing
- Work and training related transportation assistance
Clearview Employment Services and Homeless Employment Navigator offered by Columbia River Mental Health Services
Clearview Employment Services connects job seekers to employers via career counseling, vocationally related case management, job coaching, vocational assessment, and job development.

The Homeless Employment Navigator program offers supported employment services to chronically homeless individuals and families. Services include rapid job search assistance, resource coordination and maximization, and assistance in developing employment plans and vocational profiles.
Offers training in food service skills free of charge. The New Leaf helps individuals develop marketable skills, build a solid resume of work experience, and find employment. Vocational specialists provide individualized support to create a resume, practice interview skills, find a job, and enter a professional work environment.

Employment and Job Training offered by Seattle Parks and Recreation at Seattle Conservation Corps
Provides work opportunities in the community for homeless individuals. Projects include neighborhood beautification and cleanup and landscape development and maintenance. Participants commit to usually one year and receive support services.
Workers receive wages for 40 hours per week, generally for up to one year.
Computer-assisted education program offers basic skills education, computer skills, job, and life skills.
Offers support services, case management, and job placement assistance. Bus fare is provided.

Provides Medicaid recipients with behavioral or physical health issues, non-tangible person-centered supportive services to connect to and maintain employment.

Provides flexible, independent and immediate source of income as Real Change vendors for people who are interested in low barrier employment with flexibility. Vendors sell Real Change newspapers and keep all profit, tips, and donations. Offers orientations for new or potential vendors.

Families must be referred to the shelter and acceptance is based on availability and the family's willingness to work the program. Referrals often come from local pastors or outreach coordinators of local churches. The shelter also accepts referrals from DSHS, Court Appointed Special Advocates, Washington's Department of Children, Youth, and Families, Child Protective Services, Columbia River Mental Health, and Sea Mar Community Services Northwest.
