Homeless Employment Program offered by Suburban King County YWCA's Family Village in Redmond
Provides strength-based and employment-focused case management to people who are experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Offers a full range of employment and housing support services to help King County residents achieve economic empowerment, self-sufficiency and stable housing. All participants will receive: - Personalized case management around employment and community housing resources - Housing search assistance, resources, and assistance with basic needs such as bus passes or gas cards, when available - Job search assistance, including job leads, resume help and interview skills - Career exploration to discover job interests, skills and goals - Financial planning and money management assistance - Referrals to additional community resources. In addition, program services may include: - Access to vocational training, coaching and support to succeed in school - Support services for work and training items, including work too ls and clothing - Work and training related transportation assistance
