Our Rural Health Clinics provide a full range of high-quality, comprehensive family health care.  Offers services for primary care, general surgery, colorectal surgery, sports medicine, orthopedics, and women's health. The three certified Rural Health Clinics are departments of Forks Community Hospital. Two RHCs are located in Forks, Washington, and one is located in Clallam Bay, Washington.

Offers a 20-bed facility serving medical, surgical and rehabilitation patients. The hospital has a walk-in clinic to provide minor care services to the community seven days a week. Assists with the following: - Anesthesia - Cardiothoracic surgery - Ekso Exoskeleton - Hospitalist - Infectious diseases - Internal medicine - Laboratory services - Mother-Baby Care - Nutrition - Orthopedics & orthopedic surgery - Palliative care - Pharmacy - Radiology/Imaging - Safe Place for Newborns - Trauma and Emergency Room - Vascular surgery - Wound care

Provides medical specialty services for children and adolescents in more than 15 specialties.

Offers a wide range of medical care to help prevent and/or treat health conditions. Assists with the following: hospitalist (program for in-hospital care), allergy treatment, anticoagulation, audiology, infectious disease diagnosis and treatment, neurology, oncology & hematology, ophthalmology and optometry, orthopedics, physiatrist, podiatry, pulmonary medicine, rheumatology: diagnosis & treatment, urology, pain management, and strokes.

Offers medical services and wellness resources. Providers are dedicated to creating a safe, healing environment for patients in both the general hospital, Specialty Care, and Express Care walk-in services. Offers the following: -  Emergency Medical Service (EMS Ambulance Service) -  Emergency Room 24-hours a day - Community Wellness Programs - Community Health Worker Access -  Inpatient Care - General Surgery - Labor and Delivery -  Laboratory Services - MRI - Dexa Scans - Mammography -  Nutrition Counseling -  Occupational Therapy -  Orthopedic Surgery -  Physical Therapy -  Pregnancy & Childbirth Services -  Radiology Services -  Surgical Center - Swing Bed Care - Pelvic Floor Therapy

Provides advanced medical care at no cost by volunteer specialists from Swedish and several other physician groups.   Currently offers the following specialty services for patients who are uninsured or underinsured:   -  Dental care -  Dermatology -  General surgery -  Hand surgery -  Orthopedics -  Podiatry   Patients must be referred by their primary care physician through Project Access Northwest.

Provides a Critical Access Hospital with an emergency department, surgery services, outpatient physical therapy, and radiology and laboratory services. The ER offers emergency medical care, including level IV trauma, and emergency cardiac care 24 hours daily.
