Our Rural Health Clinics provide a full range of high-quality, comprehensive family health care.  Offers services for primary care, general surgery, colorectal surgery, sports medicine, orthopedics, and women's health. The three certified Rural Health Clinics are departments of Forks Community Hospital. Two RHCs are located in Forks, Washington, and one is located in Clallam Bay, Washington.

Offers a 20-bed facility serving medical, surgical and rehabilitation patients. The hospital has a walk-in clinic to provide minor care services to the community seven days a week.
