The three certified Rural Health Clinics are departments of Forks Community Hospital. Two RHCs are located in Forks, Washington, and one is located in Clallam Bay, Washington.

Clallam County Public Hospital District No. 1 will bill your insurance company if all needed information, and a copy of your insurance card, is presented at the time of registration. You are expected to pay for charges that are not covered by insurance such as co-payment, coinsurance, non-covered and deductible amounts. Questions regarding insurance coverage or benefits, must be directed to your insurance company. Forks Community Hospital is a public hospital district comprised of a 25-bed Licensed Critical Access Hospital, a 20-bed Skilled Nursing Unit, a 24/7 Emergency Room, Swing Beds, Full-Service Imaging, a Laboratory, and Cardiopulmonary / Respiratory Therapy. The District also includes three Rural Health Clinics with primary care and specialist providers. Our West End Outreach Services includes both mental health and chemical dependency outpatient programs. The district also has full EMS Services and a fleet of three ambulances.
