Provides assistance for individuals with diabetes, including home glucose monitoring supplies, insulin injection supplies, and insulin.
Provides assistance to individuals with diabetes. Services include acquiring insulin or diabetes supplies (injection supplies, home glucose monitoring systems, etc.), obtaining or renewing prescriptions, accessing health insurance or resolving issues with health insurance companies, peer support, and navigating diabetes resources.
May provide limited financial assistance with copays and telehealth appointments to obtain prescriptions. Also accepts donation of diabetic supplies by connecting people with extra supplies to those in need in their area.

Connects directly with individuals on a one-on-one basis to assess and address the needs of each individual, and to provide services according to the need.

Programs include: Community Garden ( helps needy people with seeds and plants to grow at home); Benefit Services (assists with applying for SSI/SSDI, Veterans benefits, SNAP, referrals to shelters, and other services); firewood for those whose only resource is wood for cooking and heating; free ESL classes; clothing for children and families in need; computer lab; basic computer classes to learn internet skills, word, and email; and Spirit of Giving Fest, which is a free holiday meal, including caroling and games for children.
