AREN payments may be made up to a maximum of $750 in a 12-month period.   - Also includes WorkFirst support services, which helps with rent, mortgage, taxes, insurance, utilities, moving costs, all housing-related fees, hookup fees, refundable and non-refundable deposits, and temporary housing for households participating in WorkFirst. Up to $5,000 is available in a 12-month period. Other items payable at the discretion of service officer.

Provides electric, gas heating, and water bill payment assistance for low-income households in need.

Provides financial assistance to North Pacific County cancer patients.  Assistance includes help with utility bills, rent/mortgage payments, prescription drugs, gas money for medical appointments, food, and other needs.

Provides financial assistance toward preventing evictions or preventing a power or water shutoff. Three rent assistance appointments and five utility assistance appointments are scheduled each Monday, with appointments usually held on Wednesdays.

Assists Pasco City residents with past-due electric or water who are in an urgent situation. Also advocates for individuals with the power company to obtain a payment plan. If client owes too much, they will be referred to other social services / organizations that might be able to help.

Provides financial assistance for individuals with disabilities that have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. In accordance with the CARES Act, CWDR is able to provide one-time financial aid to individuals with disabilities in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic. Funding to be utilized as rental assistance, food assistance, medical payment/COVID testing fees, utility bills, phone bills, necessary transportation, or to secure PPE and cleaning supplies. Also provides information and referral assistance in locating accessible housing assistive technology, social security information, transportation, communication access, service animals, and other topic commonly associated with disabilities.

Provides financial assistance with utility bills when funding is available.

Offers emergency financial assistance for eviction prevention, move-in costs, utilities, propane and limited prescriptions.   Offers limited financial help for gasoline, prescriptions and medical bills. Services include case management, when needed.

Provides wraparound financial support to adults who are deemed incapacitated by DSHS and have no income or are enrolled in ABD. May assist with rent, move-in, utilities, hygiene supplies and transportation costs.  Provides the following for individuals approved by DSHS: Transportation Assistance (gas card or bus pass), Essential Needs (hygienic and cleaning supplies once per month), Ongoing Rent/Utility Assistance (most housing situations qualify), Limited Rental/Utility Assistance (as funds are available), Limited Move in Cost Assistance (as funds are available), Housing Search Assistance for those experiencing homelessness, Employment Counseling. Payments are processed to landlords and/or utility companies on behalf of program participants. HEN can only guarantee monthly payments 90 days at a time.
