Supportive housing provides the essential services and stability needed for individuals facing homelessness, domestic violence, or other crises. Transitional housing is available to individuals who are transitioning to the Spokane community from prisons or jails, have housing barriers due to past criminal records or are looking for an opportunity to start fresh in a safe place to grow in their recovery.

Provides permanent supportive housing to veterans, those being released from prison, or those experiencing homelessness. Housing is provided in a dormitory style setting (shared rooms). Those in the program can qualify for: - Life Skills and Rapid Employment programs, - Case Management services, - Counseling Services as needed for substance abuse and mental health care, and - Legal Assistance in expunging qualifying offenses. Life Skills Program assists with daily living skills. Rapid Employment can assist with employment, including janitorial work and a recycling program. Also trains people in the use of electronics, computers, and for High Demand Industries.

Provides transitional housing, biblically based recovery services, emotional support, spiritual support, Bible studies, life skills classes, support for social service needs (such as court appearances and court mandated trainings), clothing, GED and computer training.   Volunteering in the Olympia Union Gospel Mission is required as part of your program fee. Also provides all other supports necessary for full recovery from addiction or other life controlling issues, and restoration to normal life.

Operates the coordinated entry program for Kitsap County. This program is the single entry point for individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness, or at risk of becoming homeless. The Housing Solutions Center manages the intake, eligibility pre-screening, and shelter placement for community housing partners. HSC can also provide referrals to mental health providers, drug and alcohol treatment centers, and domestic violence shelter and services. Provides telephone and in-person screening and assessment for households who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Telephone screenings are provided for emergency shelter (men's, women's, couples, and families) and severe weather shelter. Households are assessed for eligibility for housing programs (rapid re-housing, transitional, and permanent supportive), as well as diversion programs.

Provides emergency and transitional housing to homeless families throughout Whatcom County. Families meet regularly with case managers to work on goals that will lead to self-sufficiency and permanent housing. Manages four emergency housing units and seven transitional housing units.

Rose House is a transitional home with safe, stable and supportive housing for women and children who have left violent relationships and are on the path of recovering their lives. Residents pay rent/utilities based on their income level and can stay for up to 12 months.

Provides housing and case management for individuals and families recovering from addiction. Works in partnership with other local agencies in order to offer the most robust services and housing opportunities to clients. Stable housing gives patients the first step they need to start on the road to hope and healing. Offers many different types of housing programs, including transitional, short-term, long-term, and emergency.

Provides shared housing services to single men and single women. Services offered to residents can include: - In-house Case Management services - Community Referrals - Brief Counseling services - Employment Coaching - Educational Coaching and Support - Life Skills - Career Coaching and - Financial Budgeting Coaching. Homes are fully furnished and include amenities like a washer and dryer, TV/Cable, Internet, and paid Utilities. When accepted and moving into the house, residents will also receive new blankets, sheets, pillows and a hygiene starter kit.

Housing Hope has two locations that offer emergency shelter, Crossroads Shelter in Everett and at Lervick Family Village in Stanwood. Residents at the emergency shelters receive wrap-around services that include intensive case management services and special assistance to make sure they have the basics to begin a household.

A broad continuum of housing programs through the housing resource center which provide rental assistance and counseling to at-risk or homeless families seeking permanent, stable housing.

Partners with 30+ community agencies to provide a range of resources and programs for youth and young adults in the areas of career development, college and career counseling, education, and supportive services, including housing. Offers: - peer mentoring, - job search support, - professional development and life skills workshops, and - access to other resources, - leadership development and advocacy opportunities. Operates a youth and young adult housing programs as part of Pierce County's Coordinated Entry System.

Offers a variety of housing options that help a family or individual become stably housed. RRH - Rapid Re-housing: Provides a rental subsidy to help families in the McKinney Program. Program also provides case management, and may last from 3 months to 2 years depending on the needs of the family. Homeless Set Aside Units - Works with local tax credit apartment complexes that have set aside units specifically for families experiencing homelessness. Case management is also part of this program. Also owns single occupancy units for individuals exiting shelter. SRO units have shared community areas, kitchens and bedroom facilities.

Provides a wide range of services to help families with children who are homeless or at risk of being homeless find stability. Helps families work towards their goals by locating resources, providing job and educational support, assisting with financial planning, and helping to locate affordable housing. Families who participate are put on a 90-day program and if further assistance is needed, families can receive After Service Care; however, average exit time is 60 days. Assists with the following: family shelter, budget courses, case management, parenting life skills, job search, and education support.

Coordinated Entry at the Housing Resource Center is a centralized intake, assessment and coordination point which determines appropriate level of assistance to stabilize housing and assist self-sufficiency. HRC tools include: rent assistance, security and utility deposits, background screening fees and other direct housing costs; referrals to site-based housing, housing voucher and other programs; linkages to life skills, financial literacy, and/or employability training and career-building services; plus referrals to partner entities.

Coastal Community Action Program offers a limited transitional housing program that assist homeless families achieve self-sufficiency and a limited rental assistance program.

Provides mentorship, transitional housing, and one-bedroom apartments for young adults 18-24 year of age looking to better their lives. Operates a 12-bed facility and one-bedroom apartment in Kennewick, WA, which is set up to meet Maslow's hierarchy of needs to enable young adults to focus on becoming the best versions of themselves.

Provides transitional housing. Shelter guests will have access to Rent Well, parenting, and life skills classes and must be willing to work with a case manager.

Offers an emergency re-housing program for families who are homeless. Provides rental deposit assistance and motel vouchers to help get out of homelessness. Also provides resources to help find local housing.

Case managers help HIV/AIDS affected individuals find housing and related resources. Services include short-term and long-term housing search assistance, one-time emergency rental assistance for security deposits or to prevent evictions.

Provides transitional housing (up to 2 years) for homeless individuals/families and permanent supportive housing for chronically homeless & disabled individuals. Clients receive case management services in clean and sober environment, participate in self-sufficiency skill development. Housing is available in both the Upper and Lower Yakima Valley. Provides move-in assistance and homeless prevention. Programs include: - Move-in Assistance & Homeless Prevention: provides rent assistance for those who are 3 months behind. Assists with move-in costs, such as deposit and first month rent. -  Coordinated Entry for homeless individuals and families seeking housing solutions. -  Homeless Resource Center: staff work closely with clients who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless to help with safe shelter, transportation, household items and hygiene items. Sometimes rental or utility assistance and many other services that are needed will be provided. Clients are screened for eligibility. -  Transitional and Permanent Supportive Housing: YNHS manages several housing units and works with many landlords in Yakima County to provide housing for individuals and families. -  Street Outreach: Outreach team (nurses, behavioral health specialists, outreach and housing specialists) use the easily identifiable YNHS Outreach van to visit local shelters and other places where homeless might be, hoping to engage individuals and offer services. - Helps with motel vouchers when funding permits.

S shared housing facility. Residents have their own lockable room, with the rest of the house being shared with other women and their kids. Acres is a safe and zero tolerance program with random drug testing. The program is designed to help women get back on their feet. Program includes case management, budgeting classes, parenting classes, healthy boundaries, relationships classes, once a week shared meals, daily chores, curfews, and grace group, etc.

Provides shelter for up to 30 days for homeless single women and women with children. Healing Home: A life-transformation program lasting from 12-18 months, for women who desire to step out of the cycle of destructive patterns that are connected to addiction, trauma and broken relationships. Connections: An extension program lasting up to four months, for guests waiting for employment or housing.
