Provides ongoing psychiatric stabilization for people discharging from inpatient mental health or substance use treatment settings, emergency rooms and jails. The program maintains 20 beds for single adults, with a flexible, clinically appropriate length of stay. CRP serves as a vital bridge for clients by offering a safe, supportive environment, and facilitating connections with long-term outpatient services, healthcare, and housing options.

Provides respite beds for men who are homeless and need bed rest after surgery or other illness.   Provides meals, supervision and medication monitoring.   No services available for wound care.   Clients must attend a daily half-hour Bible study.   Van pick-up from hospital available on case-by-case basis.

Uses a harm reduction philosophy to work together with the patient to resolve medical problems; assess and treat patients for mental illness and/or substance use; and connect patients to primary care, public funding and housing.
