Provides technical assistance to more than 60 member schools to support management of their cooperative preschool programs. Aids member schools in preventing and solving management problems, assists in establishing cooperative preschools, and provides ongoing communication opportunities for member schools. The organization also helps families find local cooperative preschools. Sponsors an annual conference for parents and teachers, as well as enrichment events such as parent education, concerts, and anniversary celebrations. The organization does not provide any direct preschool services.

Staff consult and provide technical assistance for youth-serving groups, organizations, and agencies across the country, including assessment of current systems and services, service expansion for transition-aged youth/young adults, program development for the amplification of youth/young adult voices, development and supervision of peer support providers, and incorporation of youth/young adult-driven support services into existing systems of care.
