Numerous stations are set up at various community agencies and businesses to collect eyeglasses for people in the community that are in need of them.

Helps to collect glasses from individuals and organizations to be recycled and turned into a new pair of glasses for another person in need. Can provide assistance with fees for eyeglasses.

Lions Clubs help low income residents obtain eyeglasses and vision exams.  Can help arrange for seeing eye dogs, coordinate with Sightlife and a local physician for cornea transplants and eye tissue organ donations. Eligibility is determined on an individual basis. When funds are low, priority is given to youth.

We collect used eye glasses and hearing aids to refurbish and redistribute to the needy. Hearing aids are distributed through the Northwest Lions Eye and Ear Foundation in the Pacific Northwest.  Eye glasses are distributed outside of the U.S.

Provides eye and hearing screenings, eyeglasses, and hearing aids. Donations of used eyeglasses and hearing aids are accepted by the Northwest Lions Eyeglass Recycling Center (Olympia, WA) or any Lions Club, which are sorted, cleaned, and prepared for distribution within the community.

Provides vision screening for persons needing glasses and seeking help for payment through the Lions Club.  Client may receive contacts, scratch resistant lenses, or transition lenses only if medically necessary.
