Sacred Heart is part of the St. Vincent De Paul Network, and this particular church focuses on Food assistance and utilities as part of their outreach.   Sometime diapers may be available. May serve those living in, and right around, parish boundaries (typically serves those between E 29th and E 72, and between Pacific and Portland Ave.) NO rental assistance.   Food Vouchers are provided to a grocery store, and the caller will have to be able to get to the grocery store.

Accepts donations that will help continue the program and help programs rebuild their lives after fleeing domestic violence. Gift cards are the best donation because they are easy to store. Call to discuss other iteams that people may to donate are welcome.

Provides emergency food to residents living in the following zip codes: 98329, 98332, 98333, 98335, 98349, 98351, and 98394. Non-perishable food items are provided as well as gift cards for nearby stores.

Provides advocacy, education, and direct services to Grays Harbor County.  Helps by increasing public awareness about animal rights, safety, and care. Assists in finding foster homes for displaced animals, care for abused animals, return lost animals to owners, no-kill animal sheltering and adoptions, and find permanent homes for animals without owners.

Accepts several types of donations including:  -  Nail clippers -  Body wash -  Shampoo -  Conditioner  -  Underwear (new, adult sizes) -  Undershirts (new, adult sizes) -  Socks (new, adult sizes) -  Larger adult size clothing in good condition  -  Bus tickets or Orca cards -  Gift cards to grocery stores and movies (in $10 increments) -  Drinking cups (disposable and plastic) -  Backpacks  Items are offered to clients of the ROOTS Young Adult Shelter.

Accepts donations of several items. Hosts a Wrapped with Love Blanket Drive - collecting brand new blankets and/or sleeping bags for those who are less fortunate. Families transitioning in and out of shelters lose belongings and valuable items, forcing them to start over or find ways to adapt. Through the outreach program parents, children, and the homeless receive a warm blanket just for them. Generous donations will be distributed to low-income families who make up a huge population of homeless people today in Pierce and South King County. This blanket drive will demonstrate aspects of how well organizations are connected and what it looks like to demonstrate community outreach within a community.

Provides a food bank to help animal owners who can no longer feed their animals.  Accepts donations gift cards and unopened bags or cans of food for dogs, cats, birds, and horses.

Accepts donations of things like laundry soap, dish soap, toiletries, non-perishable food items, clothing, gas cards, and paper products.   Call or visit the website for more information on needed items.

Accepts donations for supplies including baby items, children's needs, gas vouchers, blankets, personal care items, emergency food, camping supplies, including tents, sleeping bags, etc. Does not accept furniture or large household items. All donations are accepted and will be dispersed among other local non-profits if we cannot find a need.
