Provides building, permit and planning services and geographical information services (GIS).   Permits are required for business, building, mechanical and plumbing activities.   Other permits may be required.

Provides basic town services for residents of town of Yarrow Point.   Building department issues permits for a variety of construction activities on private property, including building, mechanical, plumbing and demolition permits.   Report any problems with public property, such as street repairs, to the Public Works Department.   Clyde Hill Police Department provides police services.   Bellevue Fire Department provides fire services.

Provides municipal services for city of Kenmore customers, including public safety, public works, land use, drainage, roads and permits. The City of Kenmore contracts with King County for police services.

Provides basic government services for residents of the city of North Bend. City officials include the Mayor and the City Council, who are elected at large and serve four-year terms.

Manages governmental administrative, police, parks, arts, permit and planning services. Administrative services answers questions concerning services, codes and regulations. Administers laws and regulations and provides voter registration forms and pet licensing. Offers permit services, including building, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, right-of-way, conditional use and variance permits. Issues city business licenses. City planning services include code enforcement, code interpretation, shoreline permit processing and building inspections. City maps are available at a minimal cost.
