The Hall rents for $60 per hour with a $200 damage/cleanup deposit. $150.00 refundableThere is a "dry" kitchen which has three ovens, a stove, and three sinks. The Hall is well lighted and has air conditioning for those hot parties. There are folding tables and lots of chairs available. No liquor is allowed. The community center can easily accommodate groups of up to 600 persons.   Reservations are accepted 12 months in advance for Tukwila residents and 11 months in advance for non-residents.   Examples of rentals include weddings and receptions, trade shows, class reunions and sporting events.

Sponsors recreational programs for Bellevue residents.   Facilities include 57 developed parks with nine mini-parks, 27 neighborhood parks, 21 community parks, five beach parks, two sports parks, a nature park, two blueberry farms, a senior center, a golf course, four community centers, a tennis center, two downtown parks, and a boat ramp.   Also manages an extensive trail system through more than 900 acres of natural areas and greenbelts.   Facilities may be rented for weddings, socials, meetings, etc.
