- Connection Recovery Support Group: a weekly peer-facilitated group for adults living with mental illness which provides an opportunity to share challenges, strategies, and successes with others who understand.
- Family Support Group: education, support, and advocacy for families, caregivers, and loved ones of individuals living with mental illness.
- Family to Family Class: consist of both lecture and open discussion with plenty of interaction with the instructors and class members. The course gives the practical and emotional support to sustain families in the role of caretaker and advocate.
- NAMI Basics Class: online program for parents of children with a mental health condition.
- Homefront: online program for families of active military personnel and veterans.
- Peer to Peer: a recovery-focused educational program for adults 18 and over to establish and maintain wellness in response to their mental health challenges by providing critical information and strategies relating to living with mental illness.
- Family and Friends: a 5-hour seminar for family members and friends of persons with a mental health condition.

A free 6 week recovery education course open to anyone experiencing a mental health challenge. This course is designed to encourage growth, healing and recovery among participants. Guided by peers who successfully manage their own recovery.
NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a free, eight-session educational program for adults with mental health conditions who are looking to better understand themselves and their recovery.
Taught by trained leaders with lived experience, this program includes activities, discussions and informative videos.
However, as with all NAMI programs, it does not include recommendations for treatment approaches.
NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a safe, confidential space.

Offers a 12 week structured course for families of individuals with behavioral health issues. Training helps caregivers understand and support family members while maintaining their own well-being.
Offers a free, 8-week course called Family-to-Family for family members of adults living with behavioral health issues. It is an evidence-based class designed to help caregivers understand and support individuals living with serious behavioral health issues while maintaining their own well-being. The course is taught by a team of trained NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) family member volunteers who know what it is like to have a loved one struggling with one of these brain disorders. There is no cost to participate in the NAMI Family-to-Family Education Program.
