Adult Day Support offers a supportive environment for skill building for those with serious and persistent mental health needs. Social skills, interpersonal skills, employment and daily living skills are included. Recovery supports, lunch, laundry and showers are also available.

Provides a full-day behavioral health treatment program for adolescents with partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient options. Treats mental health concerns and behavioral disorders in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment, and involves families in the treatment. Monitors psychiatric needs, manages medications, and assists in the stabilization process. Offers adolescent crisis intervention for teens exhibiting increased psychiatric symptoms or suicidal or homicidal thoughts. Counselors will create a treatment plan and establish goals for their clients after conducting a screening and assessment. This plan is reviewed at every individual counseling session and updates are made when needed. Offers virtual treatment sessions when appropriate.

Provides comprehensive support services in collaboration with local schools, the Juvenile Justice System, the Department of Social and Health Services, community centers, and non-profit youth services agencies. Services include: - School, community, and home based counseling, - Individual, group and family therapy, - Violence prevention case management, - Crisis intervention, - Care coordination, - Psychiatric Evaluation, and - Medication Management

Offers comprehensive treatment for anxiety and depression in a Day-Long treatment setting. Treatment is rooted in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and includes group therapy, skills training, individual therapy, family therapy and medication management. Each patient is individually assessed by DBT trained providers and reviewed by a board certified psychiatrist to determine the appropriate level of care and to address any medication/medical needs. Clients may also participate in daily yoga, recreational therapy, art therapy, life skills and planning groups, tutoring and vocational support and meals.

Provides recovery services for King County adults experiencing mental health symptoms or substance use disorders. Offers comprehensive and integrated programs designed to treat the entire person including recovery and resiliency-oriented outpatient counseling as well as case management. Addresses a range of issues - from mild situational stressors to more acute or chronic behavioral health diagnoses. Can assist with: - Schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders - Anxiety Disorders - Gender Affirming Care for Gender Incongruence - Trauma and stressor related disorders (from domestic violence, sexual or other abuse etc.) - Substance Related and Addictive Disorders - Bipolar Disorder - Some Neurodevelopmental disorders - Personality Disorders - Dissociative Disorders - Obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD) - Disruptive, Impulse-Control disorders. Some locations provide enhanced case management for enrolled clients. All services are culturally respectful and designed to foster client's attainment of stability and growth consistent with their individualized goals. Offers a short-term, intensive day-treatment program for individuals with acute psychiatric needs. Can be used as a step-down for patients who are discharging from inpatient care or as a preventative step to help stabilize patients in the community. Participants return to the community each evening. Focus of care is building effective coping skills to improve self-management in their home setting. Partial hospitalization allows participants to continue to meet personal responsibilities and maintain independence while receiving intensive treatment. Treatment modalities are tailored to meet each participant’s needs and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) principles. The program embraces a trauma-informed environment of care. Participants attend 20 hours of treatment per week for 10-15 program days.

Outpatient mental health treatment program offers case management, counseling, psychiatric services, medication management, medication monitoring, and a peer support day program. Day program provides services such as: - Member prepared daily lunches - Weekly food bank - House jobs - Holiday parties - Camping trips - Various activity groups - Group treatment. Case management assists clients in obtaining social services, provides crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, outreach and office based services, psychiatry and medication management. Provides Acute psychiatric care both inpatient hospitalization and partial care day program (no out patient care), for adults and geriatric patients, ages 18-64.  

Provides culturally appropriate counseling and therapy for older adults with mental health needs. Addresses behavioral health conditions among the elderly with severe cognitive issues, mood disorders, and emotional impairment that affect their daily functions. Helps patients improve their ability to function, develop successful coping strategies, and improve their social and life skills. Evaluates for possible triggers for mental illness in the elderly including: - Physical disability - Long-term illness (e. g. , heart disease or cancer) - Dementia-causing illness (e. g. Alzheimer’s disease) - Physical illnesses that can affect thought, memory, and emotion (e. g. thyroid or adrenal disease) - Change of environment, like moving into assisted living, nursing home or adult family home setting. - The emotional impact of the loss of a loved one - Medication interactions and potential side effects - Alcohol or substance use patterns. - Poor diet or malnutrition. - Cultural factors that may impact the individual´s level of functioning

Offers a community mental health program to help youth and adults with behavioral, emotional, or mental health issues.  Services include community support programs, adult day treatment, children's day treatment, supported living, brief intervention, 24-hour emergency services, community education, counseling/therapy, medication management, and housing support services.

Intensive outpatient program which serves as an alternative to, or transition from, inpatient psychiatric treatment.   Comprehensive assessment and goal oriented treatment provided by a multi-disciplinary team.   Meets Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays 9am-Noon.

Offers a community mental health program to help youth and adults with behavioral, emotional, or mental health issues.  Services include community support programs, adult day treatment, children's day treatment, supported living, brief intervention, 24-hour emergency services, community education, counseling/therapy, medication management, and housing support services.

Offer person-centered recovery-oriented mental health services to facilitating community living, psychosocial rehabilitation, and recovery. Services are delivered by a group of transdisciplinary mental health staff who work as a team to provide the support needed. The team is mobile and delivers services in community locations to support individuals in being able to find and live in their own residence, find and maintain employment, better manage symptoms, achieve individual goals, and recover. Can provide services for those with co-occurring disorders.

Provides intensive treatment for individuals seeking recovery from addiction or mental health conditions. Offers evidence-based, structured care that builds lasting skills for long-term recovery and wellness. Therapy sessions are tailored to meet the individual needs of each patient through a combination of individual, group, and family therapy. Includes: - Educational lectures and process groups on stages of change, family systems, and boundary setting - Exploration of 12-step concepts and codependency recovery - Skills training for managing depression, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD - Identifying triggers, reducing impulsivity, and addressing the consequences of harmful behaviors - Coping strategies through yoga, meditation, and recreational therapy - Life skills development such as budgeting and community resource utilization
