Outpatient mental health treatment program offers case management, counseling and a peer support day program.  Day program provides services such as:  -  Member prepared daily lunches -  Weekly food bank -  House jobs -  Holiday parties -  Camping trips -  Various activity groups  -  Group treatment  Case management assists clients in obtaining social services.  Mental health services provide crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, psychiatry and medication management.  Collaborates with apartment house managers, government agencies and other treatment providers.  FOR TIER-ELIGIBLE CLIENTS ONLY.

Provides a comprehensive outpatient mental health program. Case managers, psychiatrists and nurses work with single adults, most of whom are or have been homeless, in assisting them in their journey towards recovery. This includes help with obtaining and maintaining housing, improving clinical and social stability and enriching their level of independence and self-sufficiency. Services are provided in DESC offices, at client homes and elsewhere in the county such as shelters, hospitals, jails and wherever else clients’ lives take them. Services include the following: - Case management - Psychiatric services - Counseling - Therapy - Representative payee services - For some clients, assistance in obtaining employment or referral to vocational service programs SAGE services are licensed under the Washington State Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery and are provided under contract with King County Behavioral Health and Recovery Division. Most behavioral health conditions can be treated on an outpatient basis with a coordinated care team and a personalized approach that can include individual and/or group therapy.
