Pathways addresses the needs of individuals with co-occurring behavioral health and substance use disorders. Our clinicians embrace the philosophy of integrated treatment and "meeting clients where they are in their process of change." Treatment offerings for co-occurring disorders include the full range of adult services, in addition to specialized assessments for substance use and co-occurring disorder (therapy, skill building and psychoeducational groups). We offer mental health assessments, individual , family and couple’s therapy, mental health groups, and mental health intensive outpatient (IOP). Psychiatric prescribing and medication management services are available. Court-ordered assessments and/or treatment is available. Mental health treatment is also integrated into our SUD programs as needed.

The course is designed to enhance responsible decision-making with regards to alcohol and other drug use. Students are encouraged to explore the effects of alcohol and other drug use on themselves, their families and their world.   DUI Evaluations Provides a court-ordered assessment of individuals who have been convicted of driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol to evaluate the severity of their problem and make a recommendation to the court regarding appropriate treatment.   Victim's Impact Panel Panels include a comprehensive audio/visual presentation including personal stories from victims who have been seriously injured or had family members killed by those driving under the influence of alcohol. The presenters share information about the impact of their losses physically, emotionally and financially as a result of the actions of the drunk driver. Provides recovery services for King County adults experiencing mental health symptoms or substance use disorders. Offers comprehensive and integrated programs designed to treat the entire person including recovery and resiliency-oriented outpatient counseling as well as case management. Addresses a range of issues - from mild situational stressors to more acute or chronic behavioral health diagnoses. Can assist with: - Schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders - Anxiety Disorders - Gender Affirming Care for Gender Incongruence - Trauma and stressor related disorders (from domestic violence, sexual or other abuse etc.) - Substance Related and Addictive Disorders - Bipolar Disorder - Some Neurodevelopmental disorders - Personality Disorders - Dissociative Disorders - Obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD) - Disruptive, Impulse-Control disorders. Also offers: - Support Groups - Social Skills Classes - Case Management Integrated Cognitive Therapies Program Provides treatment for young people with mental health and substance use disorders. Offers a comprehensive evaluation of mental health and substance use disorders followed by individually tailored treatments.   Treats a range of substance use and psychiatric disorders, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral problems and other conditions commonly experience by those use substances. Prescribes and manages psychiatric medication and offers continuing care services for those need more support.  Program includes option for family to be involved through Parent Coaching appointments and groups. Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe) Provides intensive mental health services in a wraparound team structure for children and youth involved in more than one system. Team is comprised of significant individuals involved in the participant’s life. Team members include natural supports (family, friends, religious leaders) and the professionals who work with the family (counselors, nurses/doctors, schools, CPS and probation officers). Provide access to crisis services for established patients as needed.

Provides State-Certified substance use services including Level 2.1 Intensive Outpatient Treatment, referrals to inpatient SUD services when indicated at initial assessment, and Level 1 Outpatient Treatment. Outpatient services include individual and group sessions and up to a one-year curriculum program dependent on each individual's stage of change. We also offer a two-year deferred prosecution service.

Offers specialized, integrated services for people with co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders through an outpatient program that combines two evidence-based practices: Assertive Community Treatment for mental illness and the Matrix Model structured individual/group/family treatment for substance use.

Provides comprehensive assessments for substance use disorders. Provides DUI assessments for Family & Drug courts as well as Children’s Protective Services. Based on the results of the interview and evaluative tools, findings and recommendations for treatment will be carefully explained and patients will be given treatment choices and referral assistance. Treatment plans are individualized to meet the patient’s needs and may include counseling, parenting in recovery group, co-occurring disorder treatment, 12-step facilitation and court monitoring. Also offers deferred prosecution options, family drug court treatment, anger management, as well as family education and counseling. A large variety of evening, morning, and afternoon treatment sessions allows the patient to fit outpatient treatment into a variety of work schedules.

Helps individuals recover from mental health and substance use disorders and learn long-term symptom management techniques during outpatient therapy or counseling. Case managers provide supportive advice and advocacy throughout the recovery process, help coordinate treatment with other providers, monitor symptoms, find help for clients seeking employment, medical assistance, housing, and transportation.
