Operates a no-appointment mental health clinic that offers psychiatric evaluations and psychosocial assessments. Screens for access to a 23-hour observation unit providing rapid assessment, treatment and stabilization. Admits patients into a longer stabilization program on site if necessary. Provides outpatient treatment to patients once they have been discharged, including developing a recovery plan and connecting the patient to appropriate resources and long-term care.

Adult Day Support offers a supportive environment for skill building for those with serious and persistent mental health needs. Social skills, interpersonal skills, employment and daily living skills are included. Recovery supports, lunch, laundry and showers are also available.

Provides early intervention and comprehensive treatment for youth and young adults who have or are experiencing their first episode of psychosis. Helps identify personal goals and needs for recovery to facilitate return to meaningful activity in a job, school, home, or other areas of life. Team of coordinated mental health specialists works collaboratively with families, teachers, employers, and other significant people to facilitate recovery.

Provides integrated behavioral health services that are responsive to the cultural needs and experiences of the people served. Clients are encouraged to include their families and members of their social support system in their treatment. Services include: - Assessment and evaluation for mental health disorders - Case management for adults and children - Psychiatric medication assessments and management for adults and children - Individual therapy - Group therapy Meets all requirements for court-mandated services.

Offers a full range of mental and emotional well-being assistance, from the basics of coping with daily challenges of life, to the treatment of mental illnesses, such as depression or anxiety, as well as substance use disorder and other addictive behaviors. Primary care providers work alongside licensed counselors to address the behavioral health needs of patients.

Provides behavioral health services for youth and young adults who have recently experienced their first episode of psychosis. Offers earlier support, as soon as the symptoms emerge, rather than waiting for the individual to become severely or persistently ill and provides comprehensive services that include individual therapy, educational and employment support, support and psychoeducation for families, peer support and medication management.

Autism Center providers multidisciplinary diagnostic evaluation and treatment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Services include comprehensive psychiatric assessment, brief intervention treatment, medication evaluation and management, short-term evidence-informed therapies in both individual and group settings. In addition specialized classes and support services are offered to families of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders.  Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s).

Provides mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, including individual, family, and group counseling. Care Teams help clients with the full range of mental health and substance use disorder issues, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, personality disorders, substance use disorders, ADHD, schizophrenia, disruptive behavior disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. Services may include crisis intervention, psychiatric evaluation, case management, therapy, peer support, medication management, and more.

Provides comprehensive mental health treatment including assessments, counseling, community support services, medication management and crisis management. Participants in the program are offered: - Recovery Education - Opportunities for Community Involvement - Enrichment Activities - Peer Support Intake clinician does not provide medication prescriptions, and referral for those services cannot happen until a patient is enrolled in services and meeting regularly with their assigned clinician. Does not provide court evaluations. Assessments are designed to enroll clients into on-going mental health services and therefore cannot be guaranteed to meet their specific court requirements.

Offers specialized outpatient mental health counseling and psychiatric services.

Provides mental health consultation and treatment recommendations for UWMC patients as well as patients referred in by outside providers.   Also offers -  Short-term medication management -  Short-term psychotherapy with referral to community resources for longer term therapy -  Coordination of care with primary care physicians   This clinic primarily serves patients referred from within UW Medical Center and provides a setting for psychology and psychiatry residents to learn under the supervision of attending faculty members.   This clinic does not provide services related to court orders, mandated evaluations, disability evaluations or labor and industry mandated evaluations.

Emphasizes a person’s ability to lead a rewarding and meaningful life through enhanced social functioning, role performance, and overall well-being. Provides a variety of high-intensity, wraparound services to assist individuals with their recovery, including: - Individual Resiliency Therapy - Supported education and employment - Family education - Peer support - Case management - Medication management. Clinicians work with individuals to set and achieve goals so that when individuals complete the program, they are in the recovery phase of psychosis.

Deaf services clinicians provide comprehensive, evidence-based treatment addressing mental health and substance use disorders to King County children, adults and families. Offers direct access to care in sign language and understands the unique needs of people who are Deaf, hard of hearing or Deafblind. Helps with: - Counseling for everyday problems or an unexpected life crisis - Healing from trauma - Enhancing relationships & communication skills - Resolving workplace concerns & garnering support during career transitions - Providing psychiatric assessments, treatment, and medication management - Assessing and treating substance use disorders - The complex challenges of children & adolescents - Parenting support & education - Assistance with accessing other needed services such as housing Services are available both in-person and via telehealth.

Provides mental health and addiction services to King County children, adolescents and their families. Services include counseling, case management, advocacy, parent support and education, as well as psychiatric evaluation and consultation. Assists with: - Depression - Anxiety disorders - Trauma - ADHD - Thought disorders - Bipolar disorder - Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) - Autism - Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) - Oppositional defiant disorder (ODD) WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) Works to stabilize youth up to age 21 with complex or high-risk behavioral health needs while building resiliency to help the youth and family function more effectively and safely in the home, school, and community settings. Uses a team approach that includes a combination of specially trained behavioral health clinicians, family care coordinators, and peer support staff. Offers specialized services to youth who have a psychiatric diagnosis and experience intellectual or developmental disabilities. Provides school and office-based services.

Offers integrated, holistic behavioral health treatment that includes therapy, case management, and other support services. Provides mental health assessments to identify what level of treatment is recommended and to create individualized treatment plan. Case managers coordinate care with client's primary care physician and other social service providers. Some locations have counselors who are Deaf and/or hard of hearing and are fluent in American Sign Language.

Offers same day in-person and virtual (video) visits for children and teens in Washington state who need urgent mental health support but do not need the services of an Emergency Department. Our team of pediatric-focused licensed mental health therapists, family advocates/case managers, psychiatric advanced practice providers (APPs) and medical assistants provide crisis assessment, initial care recommendations and referrals to follow-up care in the community.

Offers clinic-based and telehealth treatment for psychosis, with some additional services available for youth who have recently experienced their first episode of psychosis. Brings together team members with different training and skills to support children and families in multiple ways at the same time. Treatment may include: - Diagnostic evaluation for psychosis - Individual therapy, including cognitive behavior therapy for psychosis - Family intervention to strengthen support at home. - Peer support services where others with similar mental health experiences share their stories - Support for employment and education - Medicine evaluation or management

Offers a comprehensive mental health assessment, development of an individual service plan and provision of ongoing counseling services as clinically indicated. Helps transitional youth navigate the road to recovery from an episode of psychosis, including supporting efforts to function well at home, on the job, at school, and in their community. Assists participants and their families in developing treatment plans that are unique to their needs and goals. Treatment includes: - Resiliency and strength development - School and career support - Family education - Peer support

Provides comprehensive behavioral health care for adults on a voluntary or involuntary basis. Treats a variety of acute psychiatric illnesses requiring inpatient hospital treatment. Offers - Psychiatric assessment, evaluation, and treatment - 24-hour nursing care - Recreational therapy assessment - Individual and group therapy - Social work assessment

Provides integrated, culturally competent, behavioral health and substance use disorder services. Clients are encouraged to include their families and members of their social support system in their treatment.
