Bilingual and bi-cultural, licensed therapists/counselors/social workers, mental health clinical case managers and psychiatric staff partner with clients to meet unique needs and goals. Services may include case management, individual, group and family therapy and counseling, psychiatric evaluation and medication management, supported employment, supportive housing assistance, wellness and day activity programs, primary care and pharmacy services, acupuncture and other Eastern approaches to wellness.

Focuses on strategies promoting a positive mood and healthy aging including lifestyle issues, stress management, assistance with medication issues, relaxation techniques, depression awareness, and community resources. Confidential in-home screening for depression is also available, with follow-up referral and advocacy support offered. Limited short-term counseling may be available.

Crisis support is provided by Therapists and Case Managers during business hours. Medication Management and Medication Monitoring services will be referred to the Lakewood office. This clinic serves all populations with accommodations needed to make the service accessible and meaningful through Mental Health Specialists and interpreters to promote recovery. Agency provides DBHR-certified service(s).

Can assist with: - Schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders - Anxiety Disorders - Gender Affirming Care for Gender Incongruence - Trauma and stressor related disorders (from domestic violence, sexual or other abuse etc.) - Substance Related and Addictive Disorders - Bipolar Disorder - Some Neurodevelopmental disorders - Personality Disorders - Dissociative Disorders - Obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD) - Disruptive, Impulse-Control disorders. Some locations provide enhanced case management for enrolled clients. All services are culturally respectful and designed to foster client's attainment of stability and growth consistent with their individualized goals. Helps youth and young adults get accurate diagnoses and timely and effective care for serious mental illnesses, such as schizophrenia and other forms of psychosis. Therapy includes practical strategies based in proven methods supporting healthy functioning and uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Psychosis as well as Individual Resiliency Training methods. Prescribes medication if appropriate. Offers case management.
