True Star Behavioral Health Services Recovery Program is a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center with a primary focus on substance abuse treatment.  May also go by the name of Clallam County Youth Services.   The treatment center provides outpatient chemical dependency treatment and intensive outpatient treatment. There are special groups and programs for adolescents, persons with co-occuring mental and substance abuse disorders. No special language services are available. Payments via medicare, state financed insurance, medicaid, private insurance. Payment assistance is offered by way of sliding fee scale.

Works to promote positive changes in behavior, help the child /youth and family learn appropriate coping skills, improve communication skills including learning to resolve conflict and manage emotions in a healthy manner. Also offers: - Support Groups - Social Skills Classes - Case Management Integrated Cognitive Therapies Program Provides treatment for young people with mental health and substance use disorders. Offers a comprehensive evaluation of mental health and substance use disorders followed by individually tailored treatments.   Treats a range of substance use and psychiatric disorders, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral problems and other conditions commonly experience by those use substances. Prescribes and manages psychiatric medication and offers continuing care services for those need more support.  Program includes option for family to be involved through Parent Coaching appointments and groups. Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe) Provides intensive mental health services in a wraparound team structure for children and youth involved in more than one system. Team is comprised of significant individuals involved in the participant’s life. Team members include natural supports (family, friends, religious leaders) and the professionals who work with the family (counselors, nurses/doctors, schools, CPS and probation officers). Provide access to crisis services for established patients as needed.

Integration of behavioral and biological approaches to medical psychological problems. Provides diagnostic evaluation, outpatient counseling and therapy, individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and medication management.

The focus is to inspire, relate, enrich, and bring adults and students together in a community partnership, which can create a lasting beneficial effect on the lives of young people. - Mentors and students meet once or twice each month for 3-4 hours total - Mentoring is about dedication, so a yearlong commitment is required - Mentors will meet with their students to share hobbies, recreational activities, and perhaps a glimpse of the mentor's work environment - Goal setting, life skill development, encouragement and guidance should be at the heart of each mentoring relationship

Serves families of youth up to 21 years of age with complex behavioral health needs who could benefit from a high higher level of care or are at risk of out-of-home placement.
