Adult Day Support offers a supportive environment for skill building for those with serious and persistent mental health needs. Social skills, interpersonal skills, employment and daily living skills are included. Recovery supports, lunch, laundry and showers are also available.

Provides substance dependency assessment and treatment for 2-4 hours per week with individual, family, and group services. Intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) can be from 8-12 hours per week with individual, family, and group services.

Provides short- and long-term counseling and therapy services to adults seeking assistance coping with acute mental, emotional distress, and/or persistent mental illness. Services provided to counseling and therapy consumers include case management, day services, medication and medication management, money management, and employment training. Assesses eligibility for longer term care and placement in residential services. Provides specialized services for people who have additional needs related to developmental disabilities, chemical dependency, and homelessness. Provides mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, including individual, family, and group counseling. Care Teams help clients with the full range of mental health and substance use disorder issues, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, personality disorders, substance use disorders, ADHD, schizophrenia, disruptive behavior disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. Services may include crisis intervention, psychiatric evaluation, case management, therapy, peer support, medication management, and more.

Provides comprehensive outpatient counseling for individuals and families. Individual, couple, family and group approaches are available. Specially trained clinicians provide treatment for those with chemical dependency, co-occurring substance abuse and mental health disorders. The RISE program is a mental health day treatment program who are at risk for inpatient hospitalization or are being discharged from inpatient care, as well as those seeking more intense services. Helps those in our community build skills to help the better cope with their mental health issues. Program serves adolescents 13-17 and adults 18+.

Clients are encouraged to include their families and members of their social support system in their treatment. Wrap Around with Intensive Services (WISe): Provides comprehensive behavioral health services and supports for Medicaid eligible children, adolescents, and transition-aged youth with complex behavioral health needs, and their families. Program uses natural supports (such as family, friends, and religious leaders) and the professionals involved with the family in treatment so that youth can continue to live in their homes and communities.
