Provides a 16 bed Evaluation &Treatment center in a secure setting, designed to provide immediate assistance with acute psychiatric problems. Admissions are arranged through the crisis team, there are no self referrals.

Designated Crisis Responders (DCR) seek to assist those in need of services including voluntary hospitalization.
Sometimes, however, an individual is unable to make an informed decision about hospitalization and may be involuntarily detained to a psychiatric facility in accordance with Washington State law.
DCR's are charged with the responsibility of finding the most appropriate, least restrictive form of treatment.

Includes: - Integrative substance use disorder and mental health therapy - Process, psycho-education and skill building groups - Substance use education and assessment - On-site NA/AA meetings - Integrated recreational, occupational, music and art therapies. - Activity based groups including yoga and drama - Aftercare placement services - Medication assisted detoxification from alcohol, opiates and benzodiazepines - 24 hour nursing and monitoring of withdrawal symptoms.
